This training is for parents who want to understand the other parent better while also learning how to plan, prepare and execute a strategy for parenting their children in separate homes...and with all of the stress that goes with starting a new lifestyle and having alternative perceptions, new relationships, etc. This is a modern, holistic approach that not only focuses on the best interests of the children but also leans into the best interests of parents, which is also very important. We will discuss how these strategies are also meant to help parents set healthy boundaries for healthy empowerment in other areas of their lives too.
This training will be delivered by Angela Hamann, MSNDR, a Ph.D. student in Conflict Analysis at Nova Southeastern University. Angela has been delivering this course, in Alaska, for over 5 years.
